Fund Resources offers a selection of approximately 120 choices for students to shop from. Items range in school cost from $.08 to $15.00, with most items in the $.75 to $3.00 range, making the gifts very affordable!

Packing and Display: The choice of style is yours!

| We can pack your merchandise in our ROLLING METAL DISPLAY CASES. For those of you familiar with a book fair, it works just like a book fair. We roll the cases into your sales area then you open the cases each morning and start selling. Close the cases at night for security. Roll the cases down the hall to each classroom if you'd like. No more hassle of setting up your display - we roll it in ready for you to start selling.
(Rolling cases are provide on written request and are subject to availability. We can handle many, many schools in cases, however, cases are not available outside our regular delivery zone in Texas and Louisiana - you need to sign up early if you wish to use the cases.).
Schools outside our delivery zone can request our TABLE-TOP DISPLAY TRAYS (see info below.)

| Quick ‘N’ Easy Table-Top Display Boxes
We pack the merchandise in cardboard table-top display boxes using our "Quick ‘N’ Easy Table-Top Display" system. The items are packed in descending cost. Simply cover the table with the decorative plastic tablecloths we provide. Then line up the display boxes in order on the tables. Remove the tops from the display boxes and you are ready to begin selling. Some of the larger (and more expensive) items are too big for the display boxes. Those gifts are not packed in display boxes and can easily be set out on the tables individually.

Schools may also choose to set up their display in the original way - covering the tables with tabelcloths, then setting out a sample of each item in descending price order, keeping the remaining stock on tables behind the display or under the display table. This style of display lets you show off the gifts in a very attractive manner.

B. "Santa's Secret Shop Is Coming!" Flyer or
"Holiday Gift Shop Is Coming!" Flyer
Staple the flyer and savings bank together. Distribute to the students 3 - 5 weeks before the sales starts. The flyer has a generic message about the program - you can print personalized information about sates and times on the backside. The savings bank allows the students to save money for shopping. Most schools that use the savings bank have a significant increase in their sales.
Flyers are available in "English only" or "Bilingually in English and Spanish."

D. HIGHLIGHTS GIFT LIST
E. MONEY ENVELOPE
Staple together and distribute either the day before the sales starts or on preview day. The Gift List features highlights of the selection and gives parents the price ranges. The Money Envelope is provided so students can make a budget for whom to shop, how much to spend on each person, and then to bring their money to school in a safe and secure manner.
